Terms of Service

ClipZone AI is a product of AIprro.com, operated by Rakesh Kumar R, an individual based in India ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClipZone AI website, web app, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

ClipZone AI is an AI-powered video editing tool that turns long-form videos into short-form clips with generated hooks, captions, and edits. The Service is offered on Free and paid subscription plans.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Payments, billing and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, chargebacks and tax compliance. Payment, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive;
  • Upload content you do not own or have the rights to use;
  • Generate content that is defamatory, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that incites violence;
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, scan, scrape or interfere with the security of the Service;
  • Introduce malware, spam or automated abuse; or
  • Resell, redistribute or sublicense the Service without our written permission.

5. Generative AI — your responsibility for inputs and outputs

ClipZone AI uses generative and AI-based models to produce hooks, captions and edits. You are solely responsible for the videos, audio and text you upload as inputs, for the way you use the outputs, and for verifying that outputs are accurate and appropriate before publishing them.

  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to any content you upload, including any people appearing in your videos.
  • You must not use the Service to create deepfakes without consent, impersonate real people, generate misleading news, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, or content designed to jailbreak or manipulate the underlying models.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given use case. The Service is not intended to provide medical, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
  • If you believe content generated or hosted through the Service infringes your intellectual property, contact us at contact@aiprro.com with a takedown request identifying the content and your rights. Repeat infringers will be terminated.
  • We may filter, moderate, refuse or remove inputs or outputs, and suspend accounts that violate this section.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including our software, models, branding and documentation. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transform that content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your specific requirements. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers and limitations of liability) will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
