ClipZone AI (a product of AIprro.com, operated by Rakesh Kumar R) offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase — no questions asked.

How refunds are handled

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle back to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
• Signed-in customers can open Settings → Support → Refund Policy inside ClipZone AI to submit a refund request.
• Email us at contact@aiprro.com from the address on your account and we'll help you.

Once a refund is approved, your paid subscription ends and premium features are removed.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; refunds outside the 14-day window are handled on a case-by-case basis by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection law.
