This Privacy Notice describes how ClipZone AI, a product of AIprro.com, operated by Rakesh Kumar R, an individual based in India ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and shares personal data when you use our website and services (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

1. Personal data we collect

Account data: name, email address, avatar image, and authentication provider (Google, Apple or email/password).
Content you upload: video and audio files you upload for processing, and any project titles or notes you add.
Generated content: transcripts, captions, hooks and rendered clips created from your uploads.
Usage and telemetry: pages viewed, actions taken, feature usage, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and error logs.
Support and communications: messages you send to us and metadata about them.
Billing metadata: subscription plan, status and identifiers returned by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details — those are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

2. How we use your data and legal bases

To provide, operate and improve the Service (performance of a contract).
To generate transcripts, captions, hooks and rendered clips from your uploads (performance of a contract).
To secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms (legitimate interests).
To communicate with you about your account, billing and support (performance of a contract; legitimate interests).
To send product updates and marketing where permitted (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
To comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting (legal obligation).

3. Subprocessors and data sharing

We share personal data with the following categories of recipients strictly to run the Service:

Paddle — Merchant of Record for all sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing and refunds.
Lovable Cloud / Supabase — hosting, database, authentication and file storage for uploads and rendered outputs.
AssemblyAI — speech-to-text transcription of your uploaded audio.
Shotstack — video composition and rendering.
Lovable AI Gateway — large-language-model calls used to generate hooks and captions.
Google and Apple — OAuth sign-in providers if you choose to use them.
Professional advisers and authorities where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

The providers above operate globally, so your personal data (including content you upload) may be processed outside India, including in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the recipient's own compliance framework.

5. Data retention

We keep account and subscription data for as long as you have an active account and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations. Uploaded videos, transcripts and rendered clips are kept while your project exists in your workspace and are deleted (or anonymised) when you delete them or close your account, subject to short backup retention windows.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can exercise these rights by emailing contact@aiprro.com. If you are in the UK/EEA, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and reliance on reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password for your account.

8. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure the Service, and a small number of analytics cookies to understand feature usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
